A travel advisor provides expert guidance, personalized recommendations, exclusive perks, stress-free planning, secure booking support, and real help if anything goes wrong. I save you time and effort while creating a trip that matches your style, and needs.
We’ll start with a consultation to learn what you’re looking for. Then I’ll research and create a personalized proposal, assist with booking, provide travel documents, and support you before, during, and after your trip.
If you’ve already booked your cruise, depending on the timeframe, I can initiate what is called a "takeover booking" to assist with the remaining planning. Each cruise line has their own rules on this so reach out to me at the earliest for this type of inquiry.
I can also assist with excursions, and travel insurance guidance.
I earn commissions from hotels, cruises, tour operators, and other travel suppliers for the bookings I make after you have completed your travel. This ensures you get professional services without added fees.
Your initial proposal includes one complimentary round of small edits, and if you’re not sold on the first proposal, I’m happy to create one additional new proposal at no cost. If additional proposals or major re-research is needed, a $25 revision fee applies.
Once your trip is booked, one small change is complimentary. Additional changes may incur a $25 advisor change fee, and suppliers may also charge their own penalties depending on their policies.
While I do have access to exclusive industry perks, promotions, and value-added offers that aren’t always available online, my role is so much more than just chasing “deals.” I help you choose the right destination, resort, cruise, or itinerary for your needs, make sure your trip is booked correctly, keep track of deadlines, communicate with suppliers, provide reminders, support you if something goes wrong, and help you travel with confidence.
Just come with a general idea of where you’d love to go, the vacation you have been dreaming of (relaxing, adventurous, romantic, family-fun), and a few activities or experiences you’d love to include. If you don’t know every detail yet, that’s totally okay. We’ll talk it through together and build the perfect plan from there.
Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment and provide coverage for cancellations, medical emergencies, delays, and more. I’ll provide options and help you choose what’s best for your travel needs.
For international travel, a valid passport is required. Cruises may have special requirements. I’ll help you confirm documentation based on your trip.

Cruises: ideally 9–18 months ahead
All-inclusive resorts: 6–12 months ahead
International travel: 9–12 months ahead
Last-minute trips can sometimes be accommodated depending on availability.
It's called Trip Plans. It is a free app for clients to use to view their itinerary, receive flight updates, and stay in touch with with me via chat messaging.
Yes, a payment plan may be an available option for your trip. However, if your trip is within the final payment window, the full balance will be due at the time of booking. In that case, travel financing options may be available, and we’re happy to share those with you.
Please note:
All-Inclusive trips typically must be paid in full 45 days before travel, especially if flights are included.
Cruises usually require full payment 90 days prior to sailing.
Refundability depends on the travel protection plan selected at the time of booking. Some plans include Cancel for Any Reason protection, while others may offer voucher protection or coverage for medical expenses.
Without travel protection, your booking is subject to vendor penalties for any cancellations or changes. We strongly recommend selecting a protection plan that suits your needs.
